- 01 · Contract Activation & Route Preparation: Accept the quest from Settlement Physician Anna in Zalesye. Pack at least 2 Tourniquets, 1 Morphine injector, and a close-quarters shotgun (TOZ-34 or Mikhail 74U with Buckshot) before departing toward the northeastern sector.
- 02 · Breaching the Ground Floor Lobby: Approach the hospital complex via the western ambulance bay to avoid open-field sniper crossfire. The ground floor lobby contains 4 Ghoul sentries; neutralize them silently with a suppressed 9mm sidearm to avoid waking the entire facility.
- 03 · Countering the Tongue Monster Ambush: Ascending the central staircase triggers a Tongue Monster (Licker) spawn. Tongue Monsters attack via an 8-meter tongue whip grapple that immobilizes the player. Disengage backward down the stairwell, force the monster into the doorway bottleneck, and stagger it with two rapid 12G Buckshot rounds.
- 04 · Locating Surgical Crates & Pharmacy Stash: On the second-floor surgical ward, locate Room 204 behind a locked wooden door (breachable with a basic crowbar or heavy melee strike). Secure the three glowing green Antibiotic Crates and the steel Surgical Kit on the operating table.
- 05 · Southern Fire Escape Extraction: Do not retreat through the main lobby. Exit via the southern fire escape ladder behind Room 208, dropping safely into the perimeter canal for a direct sprint back to Zalesye settlement.

The Hospital is located in northeastern Zalesye, past the rusted railway depot and adjacent to the flooded quarry. Watch for yellow biohazard warning signs along the perimeter.
How do you kill the Tongue Monster in the hospital stairwell?
Do not fight it in open hallways. Retreat down the stairs into the door frame so its tongue grapple hits the wall, then blast its exposed skull with high-stagger 12G shotgun buckshot.
What do I do if I cannot find Room 204?
Head to the second floor, turn right past the nurses' station, and look for the room marked with a red medical cross stencil over the doorway.
What rewards do you get for completing the Hospital Quest?
Completing the quest grants 3,800 Rubles, +250 Commonfolk faction reputation, and unlocks Physician Anna's Tier-2 medical shop containing Morphine, Hemostatic Gauze, and IFAKs.
